    Silok®788 the dispersion of carbon black has done particularly well,can greatly reduced the viscosity of the colour paste,prevent the back-rough,and simplely need less amount.Can prevent floating in multiple paint colors especially to the floating and flooding of titanium dioxide and other organic pigments.

Organic pigment system

     Silok®788 is applicable to the wetting dispersed of all kinds of organic pigments and fillers,It has superior wettability, excellent dispersion stability and excellent anti-flocculation.

Application Method:

    Silok®788 dispersant is added during the grinding process of carbon black.Typical addition is Carbon black proportion of 10.0%-30.0%

      Organic pigment of 0.2-1..0%

       Inorganic filler of 0.5-1.0%

       Diluted it to 20% solution by a suitable solvent,such as benzenes or esters before use, it can achieve the best distribution and miscibility of the system; however, the specific  dosage to each pigment is different,so it requires to determine by experiments.
