It's a high marproofing agent for printing ink system, plastic coating, UV system, it can provide excellent surface slip.

Silok®20 can provide excellent anti-scratch highabrasion resistance and for printing ink and UV colored paint.

Silok®20 is well used in Plastic paints with its high abrasion resistance and excellent hand touching

. Special inksilk screen printing ink     

Silok®20 can provide excellent lubricating propertyhand touchinghigh abrasion resistance and anti-scratch for high viscosity printing ink system, also it will not stabilize foam, even has certain foam suppression.

Application Method:

Silok®20 can be added into coatingoil paint during their manufacturing process, it should be diluted into 20% solution with proper solvent before using, such as benzene or esters.  

Adding suggestion

Plasticpaints                       0.05%-0.5%

Normal pringting ink                0.3%-1.0%

UVink                                    0.3%-3.0%

Use level for every coating is different, it should be confirm by the experiment.

Storage and Validity:

stored in seal below 38, the shelf-life of the product from the date of production for 24 months.
