Excellent slippery, good abrasion resistance.Especially to water base calico-printing mucilage system, can provide excellent antisticking, abrasion resistance and feeling.

Product Application:

Solvent base coating:

Silok®82 is suitable for all solvent base coating system, it can provide excellent anti-scratch and slipping, it has good resin intermiscibility.

Printing ink:

Silok®82 is high efficiency slipping agent for high viscosity printing ink, and provide good leveling.

Calico-printing mucilage:

Silok®82 is feeling, antisticking, soft additive for water base calico-printing mucilage, water base coating, it has excellent antistickness, soft and slippery feeling, crisp oil-free feeling, increase coating gloss.

Other water base coating system:

Silok®82 also used in water base leather coating/adhesion and so on, it can provide outstanding slipping, antistickness, abrasion resistance and anti-scratch.

Application Method:

Silok®82 can be added into coating, paint during the grinding process, ensure dispersing evenly;

Typical addition:

Solvent base coating:          0.1%-0.3%

Printing Ink:                 0.5%-1.0%

Calico-printing mucilage:       0.5%-1.5%

need to use a suitable solvent, such as alcohols or esters diluted to 20% solution before use, it can achieve the best distribution and miscibility of the system; however, the specific dosage to each system is different, so it requires to determine by experiments.
