Product Description: Silok®8000 in oil-base coating and ink system,    is a typical wetter, leveling agent, pigment wetting dispersant; it has extremely low surface tension, almost can wet all metal, plastic and other low–energy material, it has the miscibility with most resin,  do not improve slippery, not affect recoating.   Product Application: Oil-base paint metal print ink, UV system Water-based paint, water-based ink, adhesive

Pigment paste concentrates (especially carbon black, organic pigments)  Recommended addition:

Silok®8000           0.02-0.2% (total formulation)  Adding method:   1. Use as wetter or leveling agent; can add during the process, can also add in the stage of latting drown. 2. As dispersant, need to add before grinding of the pigment.  

 Storage and Validity:     Unopened store at room temperature; the shelf-life of the product from the date of production for 24 months.   Use Restrictions:   Silok®8000 is designed for  paint, coating  system; the user has the responsibility to  carry out  inquiries and verification of relevant laws and regulations before using in other application. This product is untested or stated to be adaptable to medical or pharmaceutical.
